YOUR
PRIVACY PROTECTION
PondWorks Etc. believes that any personal information that can identify
you should be kept private. We do not give or sell names or other
pertinent information about our online or telephone customers to third
parties.
You can visit our web site without telling us who you are or give any
personal information about yourself.
We do however need to request a mailing address, telephone number, an
email address, for the purpose of invoicing,order processing, and
shipment tracking all done with strictly protecting your privacy.
Your credit card information is securely processed through
ManagerCart
and First Data.
SHIPPING
Returns and Warranty
All returns must be pre authorized by Pondworks Etc. and receive a
return authorized number (RA#) before shipping back. All returned
products, including warranty pumps, must be shipped back at the
customers expense. We stand behind all our products
and will make every effort to satisfy our customers.
Damaged
Shipment
Most of Pondworks Etc. products will ship UPS. or by common carrier.
Please inspect every order before signing your delivery receipt. Signed
delivery receipts are proof that your shipment has arrived
“complete without damage”. You may
refuse your shipment if it has been damaged in transit without
penalty. Claims will not be paid if the delivery receipt is
signed “complete without
damage”. Please report any damage within 24 hours.

Freight Shipments
Extra Shipping Expenses
Minimum truck freight charges are $90. Pondworks Etc. must be notified
if an order is being shipped to a residential address. Someone capable
of unloading a freight shipment must be
present to unload and inspect the delivery. Appointments for
delivery can be arranged; a $25. fee will apply. Commercial
deliveries are defined by the
presence of a loading dock. . Re-deliveries will carry a fee of
$25. Any additional fees due to shipment refusal will be the customers
responsibility. Please be aware of these requirements when
placing your order.

Payment is accepted in US currency
only.
SALES TAX
A 6.5% sales tax will be charged on
orders that list Illinois as the billing address.
